Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.

Shipping Times

• Canada & USA: Estimated 2 weeks for standard shipping. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us at jthain7@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
• International: We do not currently offer standard international shipping. Business inquiries for international shipping can be directed to us at jthain7@gmail.com.

Tracking Expedited (tracked) orders will receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Some products may ship via regular mail — in this case no tracking number is provided, but estimated delivery is within 2 weeks in North America.

Carbon Neutral Shipping We are proud to offer carbon neutral shipping through Route Insurance in partnership with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace. This allows us to invest in certified carbon removal projects, offsetting the emissions from your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact us at jthain7@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
